Touched by Hollywood?!
Jan. 15th, 2003 10:40 amOk...in customer service you have to be ready for anything. Today I got a call from a certain Hollwood celebrity who has quite the reputation of being "Imperious". I would say that that is an understatement. This particular star, which I probably cannot name - is a regular customer of the company that I work for - and Ive seen alot of her films and I even saw her on one of my favorite weekly action shows this past weekend. I told my supervisor about the sale - actually two, one part of her order to go to NYC, the other to her house in Hollywood BEFORE FRIDAY. My supervisor just chuckled and rolled her eyes. "Yeah, she's something alright!"
My question is, doesn't this woman, given the magnitude of her stardom, have a secretary?
Makes me glad I live in Iowa where there are REAL people! Why couldn't Al Pacino (one of the leading men my customer starred with, btw) have called me?! I would have loved that! ;-)
