Does anyone know what the hell happened with the release of the film Hidalgo with Vigo Mortinsen?! When I went to see POTC for the first time in the theaters, there was this really wonderful trailer for it before the film. I would REALLY like to see this film, but no one is showing it, and of course I can't get any real information from anywhere.


That aside, I actually got things done today! I have a dryer hooked up and everything and userbenu and I did it together! He was a great help. Tomorrow I will probably let him help me up on the roof. He needs to learn how to do this stuff, I just dont want him climing on the roof and getting hurt whilst I am not around! I think that is the mommy in me talking again.

I have one small errand to do in the morning, I have to go into town for a couple of little supplies, then it is clean the basement with a vengence. That means all herbs will be put away at long bloody last! I have dishes to do, tons of tincturing flasks to decant stuff into. I sitll have to write up an outline for my herb courses, and then go from there. Would that I could have more time than I do while working at Frontier. So many things to take my attention, and definitely not enough pay for any or them.

Hidalgo was scheduled for October release. The studio heads said, Hey, if we release this puppy in the midst of Oscar Season, with a leading man who's a major contender for Best Actor re: his ROTK role, well, we'll make double the Box Office.

So the gits pulled it, and sent it out to February.

today must have just been the day to get things done. i swear everyone i know was constructive in some manner or another. whether it was laundry, homework, brainstorming, or rearranging the house it was all done today.

*grin* or it could just be a case of "weekend consciousness" that has us all under its sway! ;-) I got alot done, but I honestly wish I had had more time to write. Bleh...being driven can be a good thing, but it can also be exhausting! ;)

The Release Date has been put back till March 5th :(

Probably waiting till the Oscars are done to cash in on the Lord of the rings success (that better bloody happen This year ;-))

March 5th is even closer than *I* last heard though, last time I checked it was going to be released in May...

Yay! good news for me! We have so much coming out in the next month that we will struggle to see, I must say I'm a wee bit releived...
