I think all adolescents should be sent to an island somewhere and not let off again until they can behave like adults....say after their Saturn Return!

Then again, some so-called adults would be banished there for life!

Reminds me of the work converstation where the staff were saying, all prisoners should be put on an Island left to rot and defend for themselves. Topic went on to talk about what to name the Island. I suggested the name Australia.
