Out of Curiosity

Who of you on my friends list has journals over at greatestjournal.com? The reason why I ask is because it has 2,000 icons and it is free. While I love LJ and really do appreciate it, I am also looking to other venues. If you have been on the web as long as I have, you realize sites come and go.

I started a Greatest Journal during the Great LJ outage of 2004. I haven't touched it since. Perhaps I ought to make it my TMI journal or something.

I have a journal there but I never use it. I tried it out a year or two ago and it was so dead I just quit. Deleted my GJ and eventually got it back. (Not sure if I had to remake it or not, now.) It might be better but I really like LJ.

I keep one there for emergencies, and to check one or two friends over on it. The icon space is nice though.

I do. I am Nemtetsemnewty there. I got it when it only had 1,000 icons and no one was there that I knew save Wadjyt.

I never used it. Heck I don't even remember my password or if the account still exists.

I had one briefly, and it kind of sucked arse. It's not as smooth, the people are terrible, and it's slower loading. Kind of like DeadJournal but with more icons.

I have one. It's reine_des_epees. I pretty much post the same things in each journal - and keep the GJ because of the 2000 free icons.

I considered GJ once or twice, for the sake of the icons, but I never got around to it. Partly because there were few and very small communities there, which is a big part of my LJness.

I was searching lj for sites on egyptian mythology your name came up. May I put up your website on my journal as a post, (Ie "I found this cool website belonging to..(your lj name)".) I was real impressed with it and I thought others might enjoy it too.

Also, any lj groups you could direct or suggest to me on that topic or the spiritualist religion? I'm having some trouble finding active groups on both.
