If there was ever any doubt in anyone's mind as to what GWB is thinking, this clarifies it. My thanks to

And if his lies about the war, lies about tax cuts and the way he just sort of bamboozled his way into the White House were not enough, this guy is ignoring the Pentagon on the concerns over the environment, which are going to be a real threat to National Security.
