Wasn't it P.T. Barnum who said, "A sucker is born every minute"? I see that this person is selling stuff. He wouldn't be the first to capitalize on the idea that by connecting something (anything--the wilder, the better!) with ancient Egypt (=esoteric, mysterious, and powerful), it'll sell. ;)
