Bandwidth hell indeed. I'm on a near-T1 speed broadband connection and MySpace still takes too long to load! I think my computer would die if I tried loading it on dial-up! Ugh!
I barely ever use my MySpace...the only reason I have it is to keep up with two or three people who don't have LJ. In fact, I'm so LJ-ized (aka, easy, fast, simple interface) that most of MySpace's "features" bug the ever-livin' crap outta me. (I've gone as far as blocking 3/4th of the stuff they show with my Firefox's ad remover and javascript blocker.)
